Rempit33 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Betting Platform Usage Policy

1. Eligibility & Registration

The rempit33 platform is a service restricted to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria. By registering, you confirm that you satisfy all of these requirements.

• You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. rempit33 actively conducts age verification checks and reserves the right to request identity documents at any time.
• You must be an individual who is legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• You may not register for or use the platform if the laws or regulations in your jurisdiction prohibit participation in activities of this nature.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information may result in account closure without compensation.
• Each individual is permitted to register only one account. Any attempt to register multiple accounts — whether using a different name, identity, or payment method — constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

2. User Account

Every rempit33 member is fully responsible for their own account. The following account management rules apply to all users of the platform.

• Your account password is your personal responsibility. Do not share it with anyone, including family members or friends. rempit33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from password sharing.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the rempit33 customer support team immediately via live chat on the platform.
• The name registered on your rempit33 account must match the name on your valid government-issued ID. It must also match the name of the payment method owner used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Rempit33 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time. This includes a copy of your ID, bank statement or proof of payment method, and proof of residential address. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
• Accounts that have been inactive (no logins or transactions) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to administrative fees or deactivation. rempit33 will contact the member via their registered email before any action is taken.

3. Deposits & Payments

Rempit33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All deposits must comply with the following rules.

• Accepted deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX online banking (including Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks). This list is subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method and account verification level.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. rempit33 does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party will be declined and returned.
• Rempit33 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. However, your eWallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, which are beyond rempit33's control.
• Funds deposited into a rempit33 account are intended for betting and gaming purposes only. rempit33 reserves the right to review and verify the source of funds prior to approving a withdrawal if there is reasonable cause to do so.

4. Withdrawing Winnings

Rempit33 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and without unnecessary complications. The following are the terms and procedures for withdrawing winnings.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request. Daily withdrawal limits depend on your account tier and identity verification status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, and must be in the same name as your rempit33 account. This is a security measure to prevent money laundering.
• Rempit33 aims to process eWallet withdrawals within 15 minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts via FPX may take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the receiving bank's internal procedures.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or temporarily held for security verification purposes. In such cases, rempit33 will contact you via email or live chat for additional information.
• No processing fees are charged for standard withdrawals. However, withdrawals that require additional review or that are in breach of bonus terms may be subject to deductions in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

5. Bonus & Promotions

Rempit33 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward our loyal members. All offers are subject to specific terms that must be read and understood before acceptance.

• Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of up to RM200, subject to a minimum 20x wagering requirement within 30 days. This bonus may only be used on specific products as stated in the relevant offer's terms.
• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries its own wagering multiplier. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on an RM100 bonus means you must place a total of RM1,000 in bets before the bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
• Bonus Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus left unused, or whose wagering requirements are not fulfilled within the specified period, will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each member is entitled to claim any promotional offer once only. Attempting to claim the same bonus through multiple accounts or different payment methods constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• Promotional Amendment Rights: rempit33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. rempit33's decisions on all bonus-related matters are final.
• Rempit33 reserves the right to void bonuses and forfeit any winnings obtained if there is evidence that a member is exploiting promotions unfairly or employing specific betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play risk.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The rempit33 Sports Betting section covers a wide range of sports, including badminton, Malaysian Super League and EPL football, cricket, e-sports, tennis, and more. The specific rules for Sports Betting are as follows.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds available at the time the bet is placed. Odds may change before your bet is confirmed — particularly for in-play markets, which are updated in real time.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under exceptional circumstances, such as a system error acknowledged by rempit33.
• If a sporting event is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules of the relevant market — typically, bets are voided if the match is not completed within the specified timeframe.
• Rempit33 reserves the right to void bets placed based on an obvious error in odds and to return the original stake amount to the member's account.
• Maximum bet limits per match vary by sport type and player account level. rempit33 reserves the right to reduce bet limits for specific players without providing a reason.
• The use of insider information or any form of market manipulation is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure as well as legal action.

7. Casino & Slots Rules

All Live Casino games and slots on rempit33 are operated in accordance with industry-standard regulations. Members agree to comply with the following rules when using the casino section of the platform.

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited by an accredited body. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.
• Progressive jackpot winnings are subject to technical verification before being credited. rempit33 reserves the right to delay jackpot payouts by up to 72 hours for verification purposes.
• Any technical disruption during a live casino game or slots session that prevents a round from being completed will be handled in accordance with the specific policy of the relevant game provider. In most cases, bets will be returned to the player.
• The use of external software, automation scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in casino games or slots is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each Live Casino table are clearly displayed on the platform. Players are responsible for checking these limits before joining a table.

8. Poker Rules

The rempit33 Poker platform requires all players to compete fairly and with integrity. The specific rules governing the poker section are as follows.

• Collusion between two or more players at the same table is strictly prohibited. rempit33 operates an active collusion detection system that continuously monitors suspicious betting patterns.
• The use of poker assistance software — such as HUDs or real-time assistance tools that automatically analyse opponents — is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from rempit33.
• Chip dumping — deliberately transferring chips to another player in an unfair manner — is a serious violation that may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
• Players who are disconnected during an active poker hand are protected under rempit33's disconnection protection policy. However, deliberately disconnecting to avoid placing a bet constitutes a breach of these terms.
• Rempit33 reserves the right to recover all or part of the account balance of any player found guilty of poker collusion or cheating, and to redistribute those funds to the affected players.

9. Prohibitions & Penalties

To maintain a safe and fair environment for all rempit33 members, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will be subject to appropriate penalties.

• Registering using a false identity or another person's personal information.
• Using any automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the rempit33 platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to rempit33's systems.
• Money laundering or using the platform for financial transactions unrelated to betting.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs on the platform to gain an unfair advantage or obtain illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through bug exploitation will be voided in full.
• Threatening, intimidating, or using abusive language toward any other member or rempit33 staff.
• Any form of promotional abuse, including registering multiple accounts solely to claim bonuses.

Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in penalties including: a written warning, temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, balance freeze and forfeiture, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

10. Account Closure

A rempit33 account may be closed either at the member's own request or by rempit33 under certain circumstances.

• Voluntary Closure: Members may request account closure at any time by contacting rempit33 customer support. Any eligible balance will be returned once all withdrawal conditions have been met and the verification process is complete.
• Closure by rempit33: rempit33 reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice if a member violates any terms set out in this document, or for reasonable security-related reasons.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to exclude themselves from the platform for responsible gaming reasons may apply for a temporary self-exclusion (1 week to 6 months) or a permanent one. Permanent self-exclusion requests are final and cannot be reversed.
• Following account closure, members may not register a new account without prior written consent from rempit33.

11. Limitation of Liability

Rempit33 provides a betting and gaming platform for entertainment purposes. It is important for all members to understand the limits of our liability.

• Rempit33 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members as a result of betting or gaming activity on our platform. Betting and gaming carry financial risk, and members participate at their own discretion.
• Rempit33 is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond its control, such as internet infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
• Rempit33's total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member over the preceding 12 months.
• Rempit33 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free of technical errors. We will make every effort to resolve any technical issues as promptly as possible.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

• The personal data you provide during registration and platform use is used solely for account management, transaction processing, identity verification, and service-related communications.

• Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cannot be exceeded without a designated cooling-off period.

• Rempit33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable concern about a member's gaming behaviour, in order to protect that member's best interests.

14. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

• Any material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
• Continued use of the rempit33 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
• If you do not agree with any changes to the terms, you have the right to close your account before the effective date without any penalty.
• The date these Terms & Conditions were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any dispute arising from the use of the rempit33 platform will be resolved in accordance with the following procedures.

• If you have any complaints or disputes regarding the rempit33 platform, please contact our customer support team first via live chat or email at support@rempit33.xyz. We will endeavour to resolve every issue fairly and transparently within 5 business days.
• If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support channels, both parties agree to use arbitration as the preferred dispute resolution mechanism before pursuing any legal remedy.
• Rempit33's decisions on all technical matters — including game outcomes, odds calculations, and transaction processing — are final and binding, unless there is clear evidence of a system error acknowledged in writing by rempit33.
• In the event of any conflict between different language versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail and be binding.
